Shani + Nick
Shani’s bridal bouquet is one of my all time favorites that I have ever created. Let me tell you more.
The colors for Shani and Nick’s wedding were ivory, navy, blush/peach, gold accents, and gray accents. For the record, these are some of my favorite colors and they are great in flowers – there are so many different options in those colors and they really pop in a bouquet when the bride is dressed in white.
Shani loved the idea of having several shades of roses in her bouquet. She brought in a picture of a bridal bouquet from Pinterest that she loved that included rice flower and dusty miller (a great choice in florals to give that gray color that she wanted). For her wrap, she wanted a blush/peach ribbon with pearls going down the stem along with pearls in her bouquet.
For Nick’s boutonniere, I did a cluster of mini roses, some dusty miller behind, with an ivory ribbon wrap with navy wire.
I just love the soft texture and the shape Shani had in her bouquet.
